2014 Annual General Meeting – Thursday 6th March 2014
The 86th Annual General Meeting will be held in the Club’s Dining Room on Thursday 6th March 2014 at 7.30pm. Please see the attached amended Notice of Meeting that includes the Agenda. The Agenda includes two Motions that will be voted on at the AGM.
Item number 1 on the Agenda is to confirm the Minutes of the 85th Annual General Meeting held on Thursday 7th March 2013. A copy of these Minutes can be downloaded here.
A buffet dinner will be served in the Club’s Main Bar from 6pm prior to the AGM. Bookings can be made on-line. Click here.
Pen & Portraits for Committee Nominees
At this year’s AGM there will be 5 positions open on the General Committee and 2 positions on the Finance Committee. As there have been 6 nominations for the 5 positions on the General Committee, an election will take place. There are 2 nominations for 2 positions on the Finance Committee so no election is required.
