Guest Chef Night

The Guest Chef Night with our very own Executive Chef Beau Ridgers was a sell-out event on Wednesday evening 30th April.  Beau showcased his own personal flair and style to prepare an outstanding menu along with his team in the kitchen and it certainly didn’t disappoint.  72 members and their guests were treated to a delectable 3 course meal along with wines matched to complement each course from Robert Oatley Wines. 

Beau introduced himself to the delighted diners, giving an insight into his history and culinary skills, as did the wine representative present from Robert Oatley Scott Grieve who gave an informative presentation on the range of wines.  The lucky door prize winner was Jill Clarke – The Aurelia sparkling, glassware and champagne stopper pack is valued at $100.  Another lucky door prize winner was Henry Christie – The limited edition wooden box set of Robert Oatley Signature wines, comes with a certificate of authenticity, tasting notes and the trophy winning 2011 McLaren Vale Shiraz in the International Decanter World Wine Awards.
