As members will be aware at the 2014 Annual General Meeting a resolution was passed requiring a review of the Club’s governance and constitution.
President Jim Crockett recently announced the formulation of a Working Party comprised of Anne Kofoed, Ken Hellsten, Peter Davies, Haydn Chrystal, Jonathan Ilbery and chaired by member, Professor Alec Cameron to undertake the review process.
The Working Party has commenced the review and regards consultation with members as paramount and for that reason members are hereby invited and indeed encouraged to provide written submissions on any club governance or constitutional matter to the email address below. The feedback is requested by no later than 5pm on Monday 7 July.
To assist members in fully understanding the parameters that have been established for the Working Party a copy of the Terms of Reference have been provided to members.
