On Friday 11th July members and their guests attended the second Forecaddies Luncheon for the year. Head chef Beau created a delicious menu perfectly matched to the three fine wines selected from the Coldstream Hills Winery range. Andrew Fleming the chief winemaker from Coldstream Hills took the crowd through a journey of his winemaking experience and challenged them to a quiz at the end, guessing the mystery wine which was matched to dessert. Guest Speaker Lord Mayor Lisa Scaffidi enlightened guests with “The Future Direction of the City of Perth” as envisioned by herself. It was a fantastic event thoroughly enjoyed by all who attended and we look forward to the next one coming up on September 5th.
