The second Guest Chef Night for the year took place on the 13th August with Executive Chef from Sandalford Estate Dean Williams.
Over 50 members and their guests enjoyed a delightful 3 course meal prepared by Dean along with Sandalford Wines to complement each course. Dean gave an enlightening talk on his passion for food, his culinary skills and his experience. Winemaker Mark Brown was also in attendance and gave an informative presentation on the Sandalford Estate range of wines that were thoroughly enjoyed by all of those in attendance.
Cam Gillard was the lucky door prize winner, receiving a bottle of Prendiville Cabernet Sauvignon.
